Two-dozen immigrants in Los Angeles boarded a train for Washington after the head of the biggest archdiocese in the nation gave them a blessing on the platform.

Four Christian fantasy fiction authors have decided to launch a book tour in the northeast. Part of their goal is to spread awareness of the odd spot they fill, as weavers of imaginary -- or "speculative" -- worlds, between conservative religious folks and secular readers.
